This issue should summarize all actions for better sponsors management, including:

differentiating sponsors from users (see also Move person_type from lectures to users model #60 and Automatically add organization after adding sponsor #76 )
handling payment for sponsors
management of sponsors' lectures (see also Different lecture forms for different person types #79 and Review of lecture models #88 )
