Marking Best and Worst Practices

That's a suggestion:

In section '3.2.3 Counting things' various ways to count the edges of a graph are contrasted. How about generally marking the recommended way (best practice) and the way to avoid (worst/bad practice) with some kind of icon (maybe thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons.) or some different format.
