Locate / Scan from folder

Suggestion from a user:

Because a unique sysex file is often paired to a specific song/project, it generally makes more sense to store it in the project folder, rather than in the main SysEx Librarian library folder. It would be a boon, if there were a function to locate a batch of files in the library from a location, rather than having to relocate or add them again individually, in the case where a project folder is moved or renamed. Maybe it could auto-detect if other known missing files are present in a folder, when locating a single file and prompt to update them all.
