Multiple Instances / multiple saved libraries

Suggestion from a user:

If it were possible to have multiple libraries / instances of SysEx Librarian open at once, each with a unique virtual midi port (named according to the library loaded in that instance) and unique, stored midi output port name / assignment, it would be much easier to maintain a clean "Primary library", while retaining unique library files for individual projects, with multiple file versions or test patches that are only needed in the short-term.

This would also allow for program changes to control the sysex sent to multiple connected synthesizers for a given project simultaneously, rather than sequentially sending it to all connected devices and relying on device IDs to filter which devices receive which data.
