[Bug] Sky limit volcano tops and invisible entities

I'm coming across two different, but possibly related issues. The tops of volcanoes go all the way to the build limit, which is about 254. I assume that that isn't supposed to be a feature of this mod.

The other issue is that some volcanoes are experience an xraying issue with entities becoming invisible when they're closer to the center of the volcano, which also includes blocks.
