Dark Souls 2 SOTFS - xbox 360 controller - right trigger stopped working #19

Just recently the right trigger stopped being recognized. Right trigger action get's activated when left trigger released.

The same thing is happening to the ps3 controller. Honestly don't know what could have changed.

I suspect that this is a mapping issue. Do you have any suggestions for a fix?
