📝 Description

We want to upgrade the embedded Kotlin from 1.8.22 to 1.9.25. See what's new in Kotlin 1.9.20 for more details about it.

The Kotlin language version 1.5 being deprecated by the embedded Kotlin 1.9, we will also upgrade the language version to 1.9 in the process.

Finally, for aligning to this new Kotlin version, we want to upgrade Dokka from 1.8.20 to 1.9.20.
