is there a working fork with this version of ubuntu, without ksysguard ?

Try https://gitlab.com/agurenko/plasma-applet-thermal-monitor
Make sure you have ksystemstats lm-sensors smartmontools installed
You might also find https://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/install-sensors-lm-sensors-on-ubuntu-debian-linux/ useful
It didn't help me personally, I have a static icon instead of a widget, but maybe you'll have better luck.
