Is this project relevant anymore?

Hey Dominik, I think I would definitely still like to work on it, but in the past few months I have hardly been able to find the time to do it at all, and unfortunately it's not progressing much. I wouldn't go as far as calling it dead because I haven't found a valid alternative to this kind of product yet, but for now it's on the back burner.

After some time I am heading back to this project to get this running. Since there is almost nothing in the repositories I think the best way is to have a look for some contributors for this project.

What's this?

Koral is aimed to be a replacement/successor to LayerVault. When LayerVault resigned Gabriele made a new post here on Designer News where he searched for participants in a LayerVault successor. So, that basically the concept. Nothing more to say, I think.

Things to discuss

Organizational

• Is there anyone who could join us developing this thing?
• What about a Slack channel to better communicate (instead of messaging in issues)
• Are we open to sponsors?

Regarding development

• How is the process of upload? (CLI, App, webapp, automatic dropbox-like, etc.)
• Any updates on the protocol we use (why not just HTTP?)
