Update debugging/troublshooting, and trace information to reflect recent work

This task is to track going over the existing debugging guidance we have at

Let's ensure we publish guidance to new users of what we recommend to help debug and understand what Kai is doing.
This includes ensuring that guidance for capturing lower level information for tracing is updated
