Tigase guide is for version 8, but we don't what that. Use the release or stable (newer) branch of the tigase-pubsub repository:
https://tigase.tech/projects/tigase-pubsub/repository

We'll probably have to patch it because of the dependency on tigase-server.
Enable whatever needed for use with OMEMO and OpenPGP.
