Could help with #298
It could be right after the description, but not in the description itself.
Also, if there's a way to do #298 without doing this issue, then it's better.

The alternative title put in manga's description is done by the extension itself. The app can only see the description as a whole text, it can't know which is the alternative title. Without changing how all the extension works, this request can't be implemented.
Since Tachiyomi is down, App & Extension has been split & dev by different persons, so something like this is likely never gonna happen.

Neko (fork) has alternative titles in a different place. Wouldn't It be possible to add it and not show anything if the extension doesn't have anything??

Nero is only using MangaDex, isn't it? That's why they can tweak MangaDex support to have a dedicated place for alternative title.

Tachiyomi forks use many extensions and they don't support alternative title so changing the app only can't do nothing. It requires update all extensions to support that. Since app & extensions are now not related to each other after Tachiyomi went down, it's tough to convince everyone to accept any change, unless Mihon & Keiyoushi sit down together and decide.
