Describe your suggested feature

The Batch Add functionality is limited to URLs from exhentai, nhentai and who knows what more else (probably those SY enhanced lewd sources).
It would be so cool if we can use it to add many more sources, and not only lewd ones.

If this is an issue with an official extension, I should be opening an issue in the extensions repository.
