Things you probably want to be able to filter

Slot

Weapon ( AR, MR, SMG, LMG, Shotgun, Pistol )
Gear ( Backpack, Kneepads, Holster, Gloves, Mask, Body Armor)
Mod ( Gear, Scope, Mag, Grip, Muzzle )

Stats

Firearms
Stamina
Electronics

Skill

Rarity

Talents (thanks to @f3cuk)

Item level (thanks to /u/sv3ns0nic)

and probably a few others

Filter on talent would be awesome aswell

Yeah, that's a great idea. Added that to the list as well.
