Hey arunsnt!

Take a look at React Webpack Skeleton and follow the setup instructions in the Readme. You should be able to use that as a guide to get this running. It hasn't been updated in a while so the dependencies could use updating, I'm sure, but it should still work.

Trying to use this and the .env file is missing and the 'client' rule in the Makefile is missing as well.

the dev-server.js file is missing from your project as well.
