When I'm 3Scaping I want to add sounds to things. Sounds can be triggered by things like clicking on a model, getting near a model

MVP:

Click a model
Click "Add Sound"
Open a dialog to record a sound
Click submit
Visual artifact on model indicates there is a sound
Click the artifact, sound plays
