Mosaic shaking/judder after decensor

Hi. I'm getting very bad shaking/juddering of mosaic after it's been decensored. I'm not 100% sure but I suspect this may be due to having my N-Count turned down to 10 (since too high uses too much VRAM for me). Any ideas of how to fix?
