Multiple Different Induction Times

Need to add a way for multiple different dilution times. E.g. some samples in a well need to be diluted at hour 4 and others need to be diluted at hour 6.

This can be solved by planning two workflows however this is not ideal for tech work nor for data management (looks like two different experiments and is in two different plates).

Ideally could add a column for dilution time in the CSV. HTC workflow needs to be updated as well to look for dilution time tag and respond accordingly.
