Update the README to give usage instructions and provide more details on the actual design, what has been done etc.

Add diagrams..

We diverged from the actual work we based our work on (from BrainSTARK from Alan & Neptune), as we flattened the current/next rows for the transition constraints, introduced a more modern design using constraints of lower degree by relying more on lookup arguments.
