I really like this tool!

I read over your description (future readers beware, may no longer be up to date)...

... and the Wiki, but I'm still having trouble understanding the meaning of "Wanted" and "Rising". Would it be possible to add descriptions to the labels, or tooltips, or iterate the descriptions in the box linked above?

Tried looking on the Wiki and I couldn't find any definitive translation. I think Promising might be Rising? And Wanted might be Useful?
