Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there are no options to add or modify the environment on the test run page.

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently, if we want to add an environment to a test run, we must create it from the test plan page. Once added, the environments setup for the test run cannot be modified.

It will be extremely helpful if the environment field gets added to the Test run page, since this will eliminate the requirement to navigate to the test plan page to create the test run.

In addition, when we modify the test run, we should be allowed to modify the test environments. When we remove an environment from the test run, it should also remove all test executions for that environment that are idle. Similarly, adding a new one should create new test executions.
