Please can you add vosk recipe?

Vosk is the engine, an application written in Python and based on neural networks that recognizes words in several languages (depending on the dictionary you load) and works independently (it does not require connections to other systems). I would like to know if you can include it in the project. It would be very helpful.

This is a generic message for people requesting new recipes.

Please understand that there are many requests for new recipes. The most popular libraries have generally already been supported, so this request is probably for a reasonably esoteric library for which there isn't much demand.

This project works entirely on volunteers, so it may be years before anyone else considers this important enough to address - there are hundreds of other more important improvements that will benefit more people.

Thus, we would heartily recommend that you consider bringing your own resources to writing this recipe. We would happily accept pull requests, so that others can benefit from your efforts once it works.
