Run teensy.app from teensy.dmg
Press +L1 then teensy button
Open newest .hex file
Program
Reboot

The file https://github.com/bishboria/ergodox-firmware/blob/master/src/keyboard/ergodox/layout/custom-colemak.c has the raw layout of the keys.
