移动端下上下滑动也会触发左右滑动才该有的切换tab事件 #73

使用版本1.1 在移动端下打开 touchmove。使用的是effect:'hSlide',水平切换。

结果发现上下滑动时也会触发切换。

跟踪了下源码发现在 https://github.com/kissygalleryteam/slide/blob/master/1.1/build/index.js#L1028
是有判断上下滑动的重置的但是被注释掉了。把注释打开就没问题了。这个是不小心弄错了？
