Redux Hydrate Provider

Maybe I'm a total newbie, but I really don't fully understand how it works. Can I hydrate only once for the app, or it's bad practice?

I use 9.00rc-2, pageProps from root _app:

  children,
  pageProps,
}) => {
  const { hydrating } = wrapper.useHydration(pageProps);
  console.log(pageProps);
  if (hydrating) return <PageLoader />;

  return <>{children}</>;
};

export default ReduxHydrate;

Because in another way I have trouble with other providers, that fetch data, then I have an error in the console about component updating...
