Including the manga's cover

I personally use your tool for mangadex and it's great. I usually make one feed per manga, because as I get up to date to a manga I recreate a new feed URL for that manga. On other RSS manga feeds I have, I have their covers which makes it easier to manage ( I also stop reading some manga).
I guess you have not added pictures to the feeds this tool creates, because it's supporting feed for multiple mangas and you can't put multiple images in one.
Do you think it would be possible to have images for feeds having only one manga?
