Sort out container versioning and tagging in CI builds #90

Container images are automatically deployed to GHCR during CI builds. However, for some reason the deployed container is tagged as master instead of latest.
The Docker naming scheme suggests to use latest tag and following this naming scheme would be favorable, at least additional to the existing tag.
