exemple of somatic file:

CBTN: s3://kf-study-us-east-1-prd-sd-bhjxbdqk/harmonized-data/simple-variants/*consensus_somatic.public.vcf.gz

  • 4 callers
  • some studies have somatic files only (eg sd-8y99qzjj)
  • for acls: some data is flagged as 'maybe germline' and thus should not be public
