Running tests against Kibana static #14

Has anyone looked into getting any of the tests from https://github.com/elastic/kibana/tree/4.1/test/unit/fixtures to run against kibana4-static?

If so, what is necessary to get them running?

I had a look at it at some point and tried to launch them, but they didn't run OOTB.
Would be useful to have them in Kibana static, but seems it would be an infinite maintenance effort.
