Better documentation on how to use this project

I a trying to run Kibana 4 in jetty as I used to do with Kibana 3. There are some huge changes in Kibana 4.x which is not allowing me to do things as easily as I could do with 3.X version.

With various searches on web, I have landed to your work. But I am unable to run this. There is no specific information on how to use this. I did mvn clean install. But it created a jar file. I was expecting a build will create some war which I could deploy in Jetty server.

Could you please provide steps on how to deploy this in Jetty/Tomcat?

Maven just packages ZIP for testing right now.
In order to deploy the stuff you can just deploy https://github.com/kibana-community/kibana4-static/tree/master/public contents to your web server and use index.html as an entry point
