Can't change who you spectate in spectator mode #19

When playing as TEAM_SPECTATOR, pressing IN_ATTACK does not cause the KeyPress hook to be called.
A hacky workaround might be to use the PlayerButtonDown hook, but I haven't tested it out myself.
