지금은 업로드 중입니다라는 Toast message만 띄우고 업로드 동안 3초 5초가 걸린다고해도 유저는 가만히 멍때리고 있어야한다. 좋지 않은 유저 경험이므로 작업 상태에 대한 안내 메시지가 출력될 수 있도록 한다.
