Captive Portal with Async_AutoConnectWithFSParameters

Hello, and thank you for diving into this very necessary area.

I have been playing around a bit and I have things mostly figured out. One thing that plagues me is the need to manually go to the AP's IP address to reach the configuration page (i.e. not a true "captive" portal.) It looks like the DNS is supposed to open a captive portal but is not. Have I missed something simple?

For discussion purposes: Async_ESP32_FSWebServer_DRD.ino does not provide a true captive portal, I must connect to the AP and then manually go to http://192.168.4.1 to configure the device. I would expect the page to open automatically after connecting to the AP.

This ended up being a local issue - the captive portal works fine. I have an iPhone and I believe Bitdefender was getting in the way of the DNS query/redirect.
