Bug and problems

I used rainmeter for simple suites but this time I wanted to make a difficult one using polybar as the taskbar but I found some problem (sorry for italian screenshots, I tried to make the problems understable):
-discord module doesn't work as it should (https://imgur.com/a/jXPP0Tv)
-opera gx (my browser) is on taskbar also when it's closed or it's already opened (https://imgur.com/a/0OBDu5Z)
-tray (where there are program running in background), start working if I use at least one time the real tray from the windows taskbar from when I start the pc (can't make screenshot, because they are useless here)
-Some program (like windows setting) are hidden in the taskbar (https://imgur.com/a/bbAkeVL)
