List all the licenses of test fonts

All the fonts should be OFL or MIT I believe, but I think I should double check and list them all.

I made a start on this for the “good” fonts by using fonttools ttx and looking in the resulting .ttx XML files.

Based on this, at least 49a9db4b6c08dadd1e8aeff4cee63dc454c5cb7c.ttf, 84df123947f7f5f9a5456e755f91bef963b1dd7c.otf, a29b6af1965f9cac3b4ada03258bcce6a155b168.ttf, a69c0298f6d3e29903a492ce1f175932dabf800e.otf, bd4c6cd00c8b7de49831f2153414c49902da973c.ttf, and f60191da5f12f78d23ec32c6fdf51314ce3bb8c0.ttf really look like they should not be distributed, and I fear use of the other fonts with unknown license may be dubious here. Even when no fstype bits are set (“Installable embedding: the font may be embedded, and may be permanently installed for use on a remote system, or for use by other users.”), the font may still be subject to arbitrary license restrictions or other legal encumberments.
