First beta code of this Arabic class which is collection of sub classes published before in phpclasses.org repository: http://kshamaa.users.phpclasses.org/browse/author/189864.html but this has more comments in code block as well as standard code format and better character set handles for input and output. The strategic aim of this is to rich PEAR standards to add this class into that library.
