Hotspot option

Hi, I'm a Linux user and I use my laptop always connected to a cable however my room is far away from my wi-fi so I always turn on my hotspot on my laptop so I can have good wifi internet in all of my devices. The problem is: always my system turn down or take a nap it automatically turns down the hotspot. I'd love trying to create my own extension but I don't know a damn thing about javascript. So, please add the hotspot button in your extension :) Thanks in advance.
