Describe the bug

The keyboard size does not display in full view when resizing in landscape mode and then rotating the device to portrait mode.

Reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Installed the keyman-18.0.192-beta.apk file
2. Launch the Keyman app.
3. The "Get Started" menu appears, enable Keyman as a system keyboard and set it as the default keyboard.
4. Resize the keyboard height by choosing settings --> adjust the long-press delay.
5. Rotate the mobile device from portrait view to landscape view.
6. Resize the keyboard height by choosing settings --> adjust the long-press delay.
7. Verified that the keyboard height is an increase in landscape view.
8. Rotate the mobile device from landscape view to portrait view.
9. Open the Chrome app and then navigate to the Google search box.
10. Click in the search box.
    Actual Results: Here, the Keyboard appeared in small size, and black space appeared above the suggestion banner.

Note: I reproduce this issue on a physical device too.
