Separate motion detection and privacy mask

It's a shame that motion detection and privacy mask is combined(inverted).

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like the ability to mask one part of a camera feed (section A) and detect movement on a separate part (section B) but then still be able to see section C which should not be masked but still not interesting to capture movement in.
