Describe the bug
Firstly apologies if this is the wrong place, but you don't have a repository specifically for Kerberos Cloud as far as I could tell.
I have been trying to set up the Telegram Channel but I can't get it to work. I have made the bot and created a channel where I have added the bot as admin but clicking on "test" doesn't give me a notification. I tried with "privacy off" for the bot, making the channel public, using only the 10 number channel ID with -100, but still nothing.

Expected behavior
To be able to send telegram messages from Kerberos Cloud

Awesome!

I suppose while you're looking into it I'll also report I can't get notifications via alerts from any channel besides Browser (I tried email and pushover). The test notifications work but actual notifications do not.
