Carrying over the issue keptn-sandbox/contributing#5 and following with the issue in this repo.

What needs to be done to finish the initial release:

Migrate repo to keptn-sandbox
Code review
Setup of github CI workflow
Change of images to match "keptnsandbox"
Creation of releases so all needed image versions are built

@Dynatrace-Adam-Gardner could you please take care of copying the .github folder with the CI instructions from https://github.com/keptn-sandbox/keptn-service-template-go to this integration so a proper CI is set up?
