Should we denote the 64 character limit.
If you combine project, stage and service, it can not exceed the 64 character limit due to the helm constraint.

Maybe just add this to the documentation for now?

I think this is something that has been improved on in Keptn core already.

Keptn 0.8.3 (released in May 2021) allows service names up to 44 characters - see https://keptn.sh/docs/0.8.x/manage/service/#service-name-restrictions
