Link for pretrained models (including glove_50_300_2.txt) down

Hi,

the Google drive link for the pretrained models file e2e-coref.tgz is down (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fkifqZzdzsOEo0DXMzCFjiNXqsKG_cHi/). This is also the only source of glove_50_300_2.txt, which is required for the reproduction of all results afaik.

@kentonl, could you update the Google drive link? Or if anyone else has the file glove_50_300_2.txt, could you share it? Thank you very much! Without it, this code is non-usable.

According to many forks, the file used to be located at http://lsz-gpu-01.cs.washington.edu/resources/glove_50_300_2.txt, but that source is down as well sadly.
