Apparently, the CLI interface got removed with 7c19eca. It might want to be restored from those PRs ff.:

Version 2.0.7 still included cli.py, so I guess we need to bring it back before the upcoming 2.1.0 release. I am curious what happened to the repository after 2.0.7? An accidental force-push?

That patch brings back the CLI.
