I'm new to OctoPrint, so it's likely I'm just configured incorrectly, however, I can't find the controls in the print slicer plugin that determine specifically what gcode is placed in my files.

Running 1.3.8 on OctoPi 0.14.0. .ini is created using Cura 15.04.6

My only issue is that there are some mystery lines of gcode being placed at the very beginning of a Pi sliced file:

;Generated from adrianna.tmp.1525102860811.stl 26ff4598821b520463933b73d9c125daf1d19d72
;Generated with Cura_SteamEngine 15.04.6
M140 S65.0
M109 T0 S205.0
T0
M190 S65.0

It then inserts my start.gcode correctly from my .ini as it should.

I do not want these in there... as my print head is off the bed at this point. Can some one tell me how to find the part of the program that controls these?

These are the lines that Cura automatically inserts. All of my gcode has similar lines too.

Do they cause any problem to your prints? @travmill
