Support -data in kube config

Currently, it only supports certificate-authority, client-certificate-... referencing filenames. It would be nice if it supported certificate-authority-data and the like. The current behavior is that it runs unverified requests.

Could you provide more information on what exactly fails for you? *-data should be supported. See BytesOrFile in pykube.config.

When I use a -data cert I see Python warning messages about SSL not being validated so I assumed it was because the cert wasn't being loaded.
