Toggle to set recording URLs as "ended"

Today I imported a release that was removed from Spotify, and it was a pain in the ass to set each recording-URL link to "ended".

A toggle to preset this would be lovely:

The above is fine for my needs, since AFAIK Spotify is the only platform where you can import "ended" releases (for once Spotify is king!)

But there is also a dev 'hard mode' option, which would allow toggling individual sources (when detected). I think the main use for this would be if you could use this to edit existing URL relationships to set them to ended (not sure if possible)? e.g. it would be very useful if a release was removed from one service only.

There is also a 'Super hard mode', but I would probably avoid this - I suspect we will end up with the vast majority of "ended" dates set incorrectly/to the date that the user is making the change, even if we display big warnings etc. I am including the mockup in case I am just being too pessimistic and someone things it could work:

It never occurred to me that someone would want to import ended recording-url relationships, to be honest, so I haven't even thought about this.

Since every new UI option adds complexity, I would rather try to implement an automatic approach first. I haven't tested it yet, but I think we have the necessary info from Spotify available at the time of the release lookup. So this essentially boils down to the same task as #95 and #103, making bits of the unused data from the release lookup available during the release actions stage.

P.S. Updating existing url-rels (of recordings and releases) to mark them as ended is its own challenge, where it would be beneficial if this was easier to do in MBS itself. Not sure if there is a Jira ticket for that already.
