Updates follow Xmas activites

A whole draft of changes including some defect fixes including recursive loop when no answer found

Also included new found tags such as and , and which are built into pandora bots and not documented

This moves closer to full AIML 2.0 support as measured against Alicebot 2.0 ( which btw is not fun give the amount of ambiguity and min documentation !! lol )

Rest Client

Added new REST client which demonstrates how to pass unique user id through to the parser to maintain sesseion

In this instance the REST server would be called from another client such as XMPP, Facebook Messegner with a unique id such as session id or user id

Upper/Lower case fixes

0.2.1 fixes an issue with upper and lower case mismatch impacting clause

Worth noting that all AIML text should be in upper case and let the post processor convert it to sentence structure. This stops any issues with upper/lower case problems
