Microsoft advised to turn off extension in our organization due to effect on performance

Hello, we are reaching out to provide feedback about the sprint goal extension. It is currently enabled in our organization which consists of about 5000 teams. Currently, our teams are experiencing slowness in Azure DevOps, most specifically when using Boards. After a long investigation with Microsoft, they mentioned that it is related to the Sprint goal extension. They have asked us to disable it, and will let you know if it helps in the performance. Do you have an idea what could be causing the issue? Is it possible to have a fix in the next version?
