Please drop debian/ dir - Debian packaging should be done on Salsa #14

Hi,
I'd like to move the Debian package to Debian Science team. The debian/ dir is maintained there to enable changes independently from the upstream source which is maintained here on Github. Please drop this dir since it does not help maintaining the package.
